Crazy kids, crazy tricks, and a crazy magician made for tons of fun at a 5- and 8-yr-old party in Harrisburg and Schuylkill Haven, respectively.

Great with kids and outstanding show!
Randy braved bad weather and icy roads to make it to our event. I'm really glad he made it and the children were not disappointed! Randy is good at keeping the chidren interested and keeps them involved. We had our event at a restaurant and found a line of cooks and waitresses also watching the show about half way through. Randy is professional and courteous and I definitely recommend him for any event. All the children talked about the show for weeks! I'll definitely use his services again.

Saturday night was my first strolling gig for a Bar Mitzvah and the house was rockin’! Three-Card Monte and the World's Smallest Candy Machine were my two signature effects for the evening and they definitely left the crowd baffled! :)

Q: What do you like most about your job?

A: What I like most about performing magic is that it's not a "job" at all – it's just having a blast and getting paid to do it!

Since I started doing magic full-time it has never been work. It's always been about just having a good time and trying my hardest to make people happy.

I do magic to make a living, but I can honestly say it's not about the money. It's about enjoying what I'm doing and I can't imagine ever doing anything else.

I believe not just my magic, but my performing style itself, is an art that is constantly being developed, honed and perfected. It's a fluid thing that always grows and changes and improves.

That isn't something you can do for money -- you just have to love it!

Pennwyn Motor Association Children's Christmas Party

Sunday night brought another stellar year performing for the Pennwyn Motor Association Children's Christmas Party at the Gougllersville Fire Company!

Pennwyn has been a very special client of mine for eight wonderful years and those folks are way beyond client and far into very close friends!

I look forward to seeing them all each and every year and enjoy their company tremendously!

The last several years we've been following up the Pennwyn show with a next day evening performance for the Down Syndrome Support Group folks and it is truly heart-warming to perform for those kids. Being just a small part of their lives has certainly filled mine with joy and hope.

Tonight is the Down Syndrome Support Group performance and I can't wait to get there! I wish all of you who attend the most wondrous holiday season -- keep safe and God Bless!

Gouglersville Fire Company

Thanks to the Gouglersville Fire Company -- and Jeri Ellis & Dave Wallace -- for another great year at their facility!

Friday afternoon was the annual kid's Christmas party and it was another smashing hit afternoon of food, fun, magic and mirth! Complete with a visit from the jolly old elf himself and some finger-cramping balloon twisting to top off the afternoon!

Gouglersville has been a steady client for a number of years and I truly enjoy being a part of it each year. In fact we're already looking forward to Dec. 22nd in the coming year. Have the merriest Christmas ever, Gouglersville, and I'll see you again in 2012!

Millersburg Seniors Rock!!!

Did a rockin' performance for one of the best groups ever: the Millersburg Area Senior Center on Monday, Dec. 12.

Let me just say the Millersburg seniors are awesome! I am so appreciative that they let me be a part of their Christmas party festivities. And man can they lay out some serious food -- the dessert table was definitely NOT diabetic friendly! Of course I uh ... didn't touch that stuff! Honest!! :)

Thanks to Shirley Murray for hiring me and I sincerely hope to be a part of their festivities again next year.

IBEW Local 743 Children's Christmas Party

Friday night was the IBEW Local 743 Children's Christmas Party and we had the place a-buzz with magic!

We didn't have enough time to do a full show just due to time constraints but we did do 30 minutes of non-stop, high-energy, keep-the-kids-giggling magic that everyone loved!

The whole event is put together by the electricians, I was told -- who says those guys don't know how to have a great time?!

The kids had plenty of good food, a visit from the jolly guy from the north pole and of course, an awesome magic show to top it all off!

Banking on the Scenic Susquehanna

Last night was the First National Bank of Liverpool's annual Christmas party and the house was rockin' at the Country Cupboard restaurant in Lewisburg!

We had a blast performing for a very nice group of people and judging by the great comments I received as everyone was leaving, I think they had a great time as well.

We did a little extra-special magic for them as they had 4 gift cards to hand out to their employees and all 4 of those giveaways were incorporated into 4 different magic effects which made giving them that much more magical!

Thanks to Mandy of FNB for hiring me and to Brenda & Alicia for their hospitality -- all three of them made it extremely easy for me to put on a great show!

There'z Magyk in Mechaniczburg?

Sunday night was an awesome time performing for the folks from Sheetz and CLI Transport (Sheetz's Dedicated Tanker Division) for their Christmas party at the Park Inn Harrisburg West in Mechanicsburg.

Everyone had a “rockin’ possum” good time -- great food, great fellowship, and a great magic show to cap it off after dinner!

They even asked me to make Jeff disappear and I would have been happy to do the illusion for them but I forgot to bring the axe & plastic bags. Sorry , Jeff! Have me back next year and I'll saw Jody in half instead!

Also, I got to meet Steve Sheetz which was a huge honor! I've been shopping at Sheetz since I was a kid and meeting Mr. Sheetz was like meeting a legend.

Did I say job? Okay, this is not a job because it's not work! How can I call performing magic for a group of 4-year-olds work?!

It's just about the fun ... not the work! Makaila's birthday party was awesome and 100% of us had a blast! Even Cocoa had a great time appearing and made everyone's night doing it!

So six youngsters got to pet the magic bunny, watch a great magic show, gorge themselves on hot dogs, BBQ & cake, and run around like mini-hurricanes! What could be better?
